Brian Martin is a Director and Board Member of the Venturewave Group and Managing Partner of Venturewave Capital, where he plays a pivotal role in capital allocation, portfolio management, and corporate governance across the group’s investments. Brian oversees the entire investment lifecycle, including sourcing high-growth, impact-driven ventures, negotiating investment terms, and actively supporting portfolio companies through strategic board roles.

Within the Venturewave Group, Brian holds multiple directorships, including Venturebeam Limited, Rochtaine Limited, and Venturewave Partners Limited, ensuring robust governance and strategic alignment. His expertise spans regulated financial services, digital innovation, and impact investing, delivering consistent and measurable results across the group’s diverse portfolio.

Previously, Brian served as Senior Vice President and Director at Blueface, successfully expanding operations across Europe, MENA, and Asia, leading key functions including sales, marketing, and customer success. Before Blueface, he was Director of eCeltic, an outsourced software development startup recognised by Deloitte as one of Ireland’s fastest-growing technology companies.

Brian graduated as Business Student of the Year from Trinity College Dublin, where he chaired the Trinity Entrepreneurial Society and founded its Dragon’s Den competition. He holds a Bachelor in Business Studies (B.B.S.) from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by executive education in Digital Platforms from Harvard University and a programme in Private Equity from Bocconi University.
