Venturewave Capital Invests in Peptalk

Dublin, Ireland – November 21, 2024Venturewave Capital invests in Peptalk, the Dublin-based provider of the world’s first Team Experience (TX)™ platform, as part of a €3M funding round to accelerate expansion into the United States. Founded by Bernard and James Brogan. Peptalk will use the funding to establish its presence in New York, with CEO James Brogan relocating to lead the company’s US operations.

This latest round of funding was led by Venturewave Capital, an Irish-based impact investment firm led by Alan Foy, Brian Martin, and Kieran McLoughlin. Venturewave Capital invests in Peptalk as part of its mission to support high-growth companies delivering scalable ‘technology for good’ solutions. Enterprise Ireland and UK-based VC firm Haatch also support Peptalk.

Peptalk currently employs 23 full-time staff across Dublin, London, and New York. With this expansion, the company expects to double its growth over the next 12 months and hire 12 additional team members across sales, marketing, and technology functions. Venturewave Capital’s investment in Peptalk is helping to drive this strategic hiring and scale-up effort.

Since its founding in 2017, Peptalk has successfully engaged over 50,000 employees across four continents. The company has established multi-year partnerships with several global clients, including Verizon, PayPal, and Elavon, which have helped to strengthen its market presence. As a result, Peptalk continues to grow and expand its global reach.
