Mary Beth brings extensive experience in sales and sales operations, product management and cost-efficiency programs. Mary Beth began her career in the Silicon Valley working for AT&T’s equipment division where she was the top sales executive in her division. She was one of the pioneering managers for the AT&T distributor program, again achieving top national ranking. Mary Beth transferred to Lucent Technologies in Belgium to head up Sales Operations for the EMEA region. While there, she created a Distributor Program that was rolled out for Lucent Technologies on a global scale.

Mary Beth then transferred to eir in Ireland where she held numerous senior roles in the areas of product, program and network management as well as championing service level and cost-efficiency programs. In the course of her time with eir, Mary Beth was the Director of Operations for the Consumer product portfolio; Head of Portfolio Strategy where she initiated improvements in the customer journey and was instrumental in the foundation and growth of eir’s IPTV service; and was Head of Service Level Management across both the fixed and mobile networks In addition, Mary Beth has received project management certification and is an active fundraiser for various charitable organizations.
