Vincent “Mano” Ryan is a seasoned business executive and Venture Partner at Venturewave Capital, specialising in enterprise sales, marketing, and strategic go-to-market initiatives. With extensive experience scaling technology companies globally, Mano has successfully guided growth strategies, secured significant partnerships, and supported mergers and acquisitions for impactful market positioning.

He began his career leading sales and delivery operations at Digital Ireland, the country’s largest IT firm, before transitioning to the software start-up space. Mano was instrumental in building the sales, marketing, and product management functions at ChangingWorlds, which Amdocs acquired for over $80 million in 2009. Following the acquisition, he led Amdocs’ Global Digital Services sales and marketing division, overseeing over $400 million in revenue.

Mano later advised Brite: Bill on its go-to-market strategy before its acquisition by Amdocs in 2016 and played a strategic role with Blueface, working closely with Brendan Gaffney and Alan Foy as an advisor through its growth phase and eventual acquisition by Comcast in 2020.

Later in 2020, Mano became the non-executive Chairman of Heneghan, a leading strategic communications and public affairs agency based in Ireland. Today, Mano sits on the board of Quest Computing and provides strategic guidance to a portfolio of scaling software companies, including Idiro Analytics.

Mano holds a bachelor’s degree in genetics from Trinity College Dublin, which underpins his analytical and strategic capabilities in driving impactful business outcomes.
