Previously, Mary Beth held senior leadership roles in the telecommunications and technology sectors, notably at eir, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives across product management, pricing, promotional strategies, and service-level management. At eir, she secured subscriber growth and exceeded revenue targets through innovative market solutions and operational improvements. Before joining eir, Mary Beth contributed significantly to Lucent Technologies (now part of Nokia), designing and executing global sales and partner programmes that drove substantial business growth.
Today, Mary Beth leads Lochend Consulting, advising businesses on transformation strategies, operational excellence, and digital innovation. Her work focuses on delivering measurable outcomes through operational improvements, digital transformation, and innovative go-to-market strategies.
Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is an IPMA-certified project manager through the National College of Ireland.
Beyond her professional achievements, Mary Beth is committed to philanthropy. She launched the “Walk for Water” fundraiser under the Light of Masaai Initiative, raising critical funds for clean water projects in Kenya. She has served as President of the Rotary Club of Dublin Central. She remains actively involved in community initiatives through the Parish Partnership Council of Clontarf, the American Women’s Club of Dublin, and the International Women’s Club of Dublin.
