Diana Kam is the CEO of Singapore Markets and the APAC Region at Venturebeam, where she leads exchange operations, capital deployment, and investment syndication across multiple jurisdictions. She also serves as a board Member, guiding strategic direction, investor relations, and regulatory alignment with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Singapore Monetary Authority (MAS). Diana is pivotal in enabling private market exits, secondary liquidity solutions, and impact-driven investments.
In addition to her leadership at Venturebeam, Diana is the Founder and Managing Director of First Global Capital, an investment firm specialising in private equity, digital assets, secondaries, and M&A transactions. She works closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors to develop bespoke wealth solutions. Diana is also an investor in Jewel Bank, a licensed digital bank that focuses on stablecoins, cryptocurrency settlements, and blockchain-based financial services.
Previously, Diana was Director of Ultra High-Net-Worth Solutions at PPLI Asia / Ever Fountain Prestige, advising on private placement life insurance (PPLI), VUL, and IUL structures for HNWIs, hedge funds, and family offices. She also held senior roles at United Technologies, including Senior Director of Total Rewards for the Asia-Pacific region, where she led human capital strategies, organisational restructuring, and executive compensation.
Diana is actively involved in global investment networks, serving on the Blockchain Founders Fund’s Global Expert Network, mentoring startups through SOSV Orbit, and advocating for women’s entrepreneurship as a She Loves Tech Ambassador. She has held investment and advisory roles with Decacorn Capital, AngelVest, and multiple high-growth companies, including Ignatica, The CareVoice, and Oddle.
Diana holds certifications in Corporate Governance and board Strategy from the Singapore Institute of Directors, an Executive Leadership qualification from Harvard Business School, and expertise in Alternative Investment and wealth Management from the CFA Institute. Her work drives capital efficiency, enables market exits, and connects cross-border investors to high-impact, growth-stage ventures.
