Tommy Hynes is a member of the Venturewave Capital Global Advisory Council.

Tommy co-founded EES (Eastland Engineering Supply Co. Ltd.), which he started in 1991. EES is a specialist MRO (Materials Repair and Overhaul ) management company which provides bespoke management services to many blue-chip manufacturing facilities in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Tommy, as CEO, was part of the management team which saw the expansion of the EES service model to the UK and USA marketplaces. Tommy has over 40 years of experience in supply chain management, predominantly in engineering.
