Throughout his career, Paul has specialised in IT recruitment, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), and Master Vendor solutions, earning a strong reputation as a strategic partner for public and private sector clients navigating complex hiring environments.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from NUI Maynooth, awarded in 1985, and a higher diploma in Education, which underpins his analytical expertise and commitment to lifelong learning.
