Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from University College Dublin (UCD) and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York.
Neil joined Glen Dimplex in 1991 and worked in a number of roles in the UK, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands and Canada. In 1996, he assumed the role of CEO of Glen Dimplex Benelux, and subsequently CEO of Glen Dimplex International in 2000. In 2003, Neil joined the Board of the Glen Dimplex Group and was responsible for International Business. In 2010 he became the Deputy Chairman and Chairman since 1st August 2019. Most recently Neil assumed the position as President of Glen Dimplex.
Neil sits on the Advisory Council of the Mendoza Business School at the University of Notre Dame and the Georgia-Ireland Business Council. Neil is also the Joint Chair of the Steering Committee of the American College Football Classics and the Boston College-Ireland CEO Club.
