Garrett Hayes is a member of the Venturewave Capital Global Advisory Council.
Garrett Hayes advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity deals, and corporate advisory matters. With over 25 years of experience in corporate law, he has developed deep expertise in the telecoms industry, where he has handled numerous transactions involving mobile network operators and telecoms infrastructure across Europe. Mr. Hayes also represents private equity sponsors, management teams, and portfolio companies on leveraged buyouts, equity incentive arrangements, restructurings, and exits.
Mr Hayes earned an MA honours degree in Law at Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge. He passed the legal practice course at the College of Law in London with commendation in 1995. Mr Hayes is a serving director and former chair of the Ireland Funds Great Britain.
