Catherine Hynes is a member of the Venturewave Capital Global Advisory Council.

Catherine is co-founder of EES (Eastland Engineering Supply Co., Ltd.), which she started in 1991. As CFO, Catherine has overseen EES’s growth from a garden shed in Celbridge to becoming the market leader in MRO (Materials Repair and Overhaul) in Ireland. Catherine initiated a strategy that has seen the company grow from an initial staff of 2 to 110. Prior to EES, Catherine was the CEO of Bridal Connections, a bridal management company, and has over 20 years of experience in retail management.
