Caroline Keeling is the CEO of CBA Ventures, her investment company, which invests in businesses across Human and Climate health. She also works with several commercial and philanthropic CEOs, drawing on her leadership and scaling experience.
Caroline is a Non-Executive Director, and former CEO of Keelings, a Fresh Produce company operating in Ireland and Globally, a family-owned business dating back to 1926.
She is the Chair of BEATS Medical, a Board member of Carbon Collect and a National Council member and Trustee of IBEC. Additionally, she serves on Enterprise Ireland’s Scaling Advisory Panel and is a Member of The EI Leadership 4 Growth Alumni Board (L4G).
Beyond her corporate roles, Caroline is actively involved in philanthropy. She is Chair of the Ifrah Foundation, and is a Board Member of Social Entrepreneurs Ireland and Valid Nutrition. She is also a trustee of the Castle Leslie Preservation Trust.
She is an investor in V Stream, Ariona Health Science Ltd (PhyterBerry), Bare Needs Limited (Moss Diapers), Venture Waves & Kella
Outside of business, she has represented Ireland in the Polo World Cup and enjoys playing Polo when she can.
