She is currently the Managing Partner and Co-founder of NádúrNua, a private enterprise that restores nature through woodlands for social, economic, and environmental benefits. Aideen has a solid international and commercial background, well-developed multicultural skills, and emotional intelligence. She is an enthusiastic team player who thrives in dynamic and unconventional environments, having lived in Asia, Europe, and South America.
Aideen is also an experienced executive coach and organisational development specialist who focuses on empowering leaders, young professionals, and teams. She holds three Master’s degrees in Organisational Psychology/Change and an Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction with distinction in leadership, strategy, and governance.
