Prior to joining VentureWave, Ciara was a Consultant at Bain & Company in London where she advised businesses on M&A due diligence, strategy, separation and integration, cost reduction and marketing.

She also led / worked on a number of pro-bono strategy projects with social enterprises and charities including an agri-tech start-up in Kenya, a clothing manufacturer in India and a charity aiming to halve childhood obesity in the UK.

Ciara holds a first class Bachelor in Management Science and Information Systems from University of Dublin, Trinity College and was awarded a Gold Medal.

During her time at Trinity College Dublin, Ciara was a founding member of the Dublin University Consulting Group and won the Trinity College Entrepreneurial Society Dragons’ Den.

Ciara will be starting her MBA in Harvard Business School in August 2021.
