Anne Heraty is a Non-Executive Director of the Cpl Group. She established Cpl in 1989 and has played a key role in developing it to become Ireland’s leading employment services provider. Outsourcing Inc. acquired Cpl in January 2021. Subsequently, Anne was appointed to Outsourcing Inc.’s global board of directors.
As the former President of IBEC, Anne actively promotes Irish businesses and continues to work alongside the board of Ireland’s largest lobby and business representative group. Anne is heavily involved in youth education and development. Anne won the Business & Finance ‘Business Person of the Year 2014’, and her company was ranked as ‘Best Place to Work 2020’ in the large organisation category.
She has a keen interest in social and youth affairs and currently chairs the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards judging panel.
Anne Heraty is a member of the Venturewave Capital Global Advisory Council, contributing to leadership in business and entrepreneurship.
